In cooperation with the Department of Civil Engineering, BUET, a seminar titled “Changes in ASCE 7-22 and ACI 318-19, and Necessity of Updating BNBC” was held on January 21, 2024. Renowned structural engineering specialist Dr. S.K. Ghosh spoke about the most recent revisions to the ASCE 7-22 and ACI 318-19 standards, highlighting the significance of revising the BNBC to conform to these international standards.
